Abgesang auf den Herbst - Goodbye my friend

Als ich heute auf meinem Balkon stand, um die Katze zu rufen, musste ich mich durch ein Meer an Laub quälen und feststellen, dass der schöne Haselnussbaum nicht länger mein Antlitz vor fremden Blicken schützt.
Der Herbst ist also unweigerlich zu Ende und der Winter hält Einzug. Das bedeutet dicke Decken, kuschelige Wärmflaschen, die Heizung aufdrehen und ganz viel heiße Schokolade trinken. Doch bevor es losgeht gibt es noch einen kleinen bildlichen Abgesang auf den Herbst.

When I was standing on my balcony today to search my cat, I had to fight my way through a big pile of leaves, lying around all over the floor. After that I also noticed that I could no longer hide myself behind the big hazelnut-tree right in front of my balcony. 
So it came to me, that autumn ist really over and winter is actually coming. This means thick blankets, lots of comfy hot-water bags, turning on the heater and drinking a lot of hot-chocolate. But before all that is starting there should be a slight visual goodbye to my old friend autumn.




viele, viele Pilze im Wald...Maronen gabs auch, habe ich aber vergessen zu fotografieren und jetzt sind sie längst in meinem Magen.
lots and lots of mushrooms in the woods....there were also chestnuts, but I forgot to take pictures of them and now they're all in my stomach.
